| As the Finance Department for Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust, we have to process many thousands of Purchase Invoices each week. It soon became apparent that the only viable way of handling and storing this volume of paperwork was via the Scanning of Invoices and related paperwork. |

| Whilst this proved a successful solution, the time and resources taken by doing the scanning ourselves proved a burden on the Staff within the busy Accounts department. |
